Not a good start to the year!

After a second day out sledging yesterday, Daniel and I are now sporting sledging injuries! Daniel has a rather bruised and swollen finger, which looks as though it might be broken and I'm suffering from what feels like whiplash after flying over a jump backwards and landing on my head! I think we might just stay in this evening with a hot chocolate instead!

Everywhere looks like 'Narnia' at the moment and the weather forecast says the snow is going to continue for at least the next week!

our snow melted. Actually things are really off key here in the USA. Rain in places that don't get rain, fires in the middle and warm weather in Michigan. Strange!!!

Oh my you need to take a nice long hot bath and relax this evening for sure. Love that hot chocolate idea.

Great pictures.

Take care of yourself.

Take care of your injuries and settle in with a good book.

P.S. I forgot to add, I LOVE your pictures.

My Daniel has been suggesting that we go buy a sledge...but after your post and both your injuries, well I can think of a lot more other things I can do indoors, and it´s safe and warm!! Hahaha!!

Sorry, not laughing at you or your injuries, but at my silly man suggestions.

Ok that´s it for now, I promise.

I like the aprés ski idea of hot chocolate. I'm afraid I'm strictly a spectator at the sledging events, though I am in absolute awe of the four year olds who run, skip, skate and ski around me as though it is all perfectly normal.

Enjoy your Narnia world.
